In depth
Verdict
Spanish Hidalgo, Rambo Honours and Law of The Land are three against the field in another tough race to call for punters and the narrow nomination is given to Spanish Hidalgo. The selection has shown enough in two runs to date to suggest he can win a race of this nature and a reproduction of his latest third behind Golden Balls sets the standard in the context of this race and he need only run up to that mark to win this with a little in hand. Rambo Honours rates the main danger on his debut second behind Kyshanty, he is sure to improve and should be noted in the market. Law Of The Land is another worthy of respect on his best form but he looked to have regressed on his last run so can not be put forward with any confidence. Of the remainder Zelos and Bright Dance hail from shrewd yards and are others to note in the market but both are bred to be seen to better effect over longer trips in time and with this in mind for the winner we return to Spanish Hidalgo.
