Analyze has the form to beat Certifiable, Cautiously and Lakota Brave, with Rowan Pursuit not to be dismissed out of hand. Brendan Powell will be concentrating most of his attention on his team of jumpers but still likes to have the odd Flat winner or two and may well have another here in the shape of Analyze who has won a couple of times on the level for the stable since leaving Mick Channon last year. He was sent straight over hurdles on joining the yard last winter but has disappointed in that sphere, and maybe needs another change to freshen him up. On past form he his the one to beat though, with Certifiable, just behind him last time, looking the likely danger again. Cautiously may need this first outing since scoring at Down Royal in June but remains one to keep on the right side of, while Lakota Brave needs a more positive ride than he got at Wolverhampton. Rowan Pursuit has gone off the boil completely and needs to recapture the form she showed on her first start for John Akehurst last January if she is to figure, and all in all, we would rather rely on Analyze.
