      Verdict

      Escobedo is having a first run in a claimer back over a more suitable trip. Tara Iti won on Turf last year but has been very disappointing this season. Northern raider FAE THE PORT was second over 1m1f at Musselburgh in the spring so should stay this trip. He is having a first run on Polytrack but has won on Fibresand and placed on Tapeta. Mountrath and Drag Race have hinted at ability and have more scope than the others.
