Verdict

None of these have raced in soft ground before but AUNTIE MARGARET has the best piece of form with last month’s third over a mile at Haydock. There’s plenty of stamina in her pedigree and she’s preferred to stablemate Pons Aelius over this extra distance. Dillian debuted in a tougher novices race at Newmarket and is likely to finish closer while the more-exposed Fille De La Lune has been beaten in handicaps recently. It would be no surprise to see the newcomer Percy Jones figure given the remainder have yet to threaten.
