      Verdict

John Gosden runs two and both have claims on the evidence of promising debut efforts. Harrovian just failed to catch the winner at Newmarket last month and looks sure to get involved but Frankie Dettori takes over the reins on FIRST IN LINE (NAP) for his only ride of the meeting. The latter left it too late to find top gear at Nottingham in April but will know more today and can open his account. Thunder And Light posted a better effort at Chelmsford last time and steps up in trip along with Arcadienne but Desert Son has plenty of improving to do if he’s to figure. Kimbriki is related to three winners and is a newcomer worth a second glance.
