        Verdict

        ALABLAQ prevailed by only a short-head over track and trip last time but the runner-up has won subsequently and David Evans’ charge had earlier finished in front of Lilkian at Wolverhampton. The latter won here before that while Swiss Pride found one too good over course and distance recently with Twilight Heir behind. Pure Dreamer missed the whole of last year but showed promise as a two-year-old and has been gelded.
