In depth

Verdict

Kyrie Eleison, Days of Pleasure and Hoar Frost look the three to concentrate on in this desperate maiden and the narrow vote is given to the exposed Kyrie Eleison. The selection would be hard to beat on his best form of last season has a handicap mark of 75 and as his best form is when fresh he looks the one to be on. Days Of Pleasure rates the main danger on his latest second behind Rio L'Oren he looks sure to appreciate this longer trip and will not be far away. Hoar Frost is another worthy of respect as she is a well bred filly by Fraam from a top yard and will not have to be anything special to take a hand in the finish so she should be watched in the market. Of the others Red Sonja and Site Sentry have shown promise in the past but will be eligible for handicaps after this and in a race where stakes should be kept to a minimum for the winner we return to Kyrie Eleison who is given one last chance to get his head in front.
