      Verdict

      GARNER has been gelded and switched yards since winning at Nottingham over a year ago. Six of the seven horses he beat have gone on to win and Archie Watson’s new charge can defy a penalty. Another Thought is also penalised for winning over track and trip last month but is still preferred to the others with experience. Miss Requinto, a half-sister to stablemate and prolific winner Spanish Star, makes more appeal than Port Meadow of the newcomers.
