Fourth at this track last time, PROPER CHARLIE drops down a grade in the hope of registering his first win. He may well be successful too given today's extremely modest opposition. Catalinas Diamond has been thereabouts off higher marks since scoring here in November but still looks a shade high in the weights though Dvinsky is back on the same mark as when winning at Kempton in February when Rightcar was back in third and he can't be ruled out. Amber Heights turned in a poor effort last time but has the past form to go close if back to her best.
