In depth

Verdict

KHUBALA returned to action with a victory over C&D and can follow-up on his handicap debut with Ryan Moore keeping the winning partnership intact. Last year's Newbury fourth Amphora never figured on her reappearance at Kempton but better is expected today though it's more difficult to make excuses for both Willies Wonder and Trail Of Tears after they both posted disappointing efforts last time. Lady Gibraltar is a C&D winner dropping back down in class and she could prove a threat.
