Kindlelight Debut keeps on defying the handicapper and can make it four on the bounce this afternoon, Ground Rules and Northern Desert look the best alternatives. Nick Littmoden's six-year-old has landed three Wolverhampton handicaps in the space of twelve days. He beat Holiday Cocktail by a length in the first event, but beat the same horse further last time out when worse off at the weights. That proves she has progressed at a rate of knots and there could be more in the locker. Northern Desert has to shoulder top-weight but has earned it with some soled efforts and another big run can be expected. Ground Rules is the dark horse in the line-up. He hasn't raced since landing a Warwick maiden back in September and gets in here on a very fair mark. If he handles the surface he could prove very troublesome. However Kindlelight Debut is the current form horse and cannot be ignored.
