In depth

Verdict

Noel Meade has been in good form but Tulsa Jack has been disappointing since a narrow defeat at Down Royal in March. The longer trip could bring about a resurgence but we already know that point-to-point winner JIMMY SHAN stays the trip as he ran very well over 3m behind Icy Reply at Cork and the winner has since followed up in a better race. That looks stronger form than any of these rivals can produce with Railway Benefit being well beaten when last seen in the winter and Jerusalem Bells only showing moderate improvement at Wexford three weeks ago.
