Verdict

NA TRACHTALAI ABU scored over three miles at Punchestown in May and almost repeated that effort at Tipperary where he was only caught in the closing stages. He's just 3lb higher and with Derek O'Connor's presence a bonus he can go one better. Springfield Grey is running well but keeps climbing the weights without winning while Ocean Glandore may have a problem holding off Wandering Aengus this time as the latter was only caught on the run-in over three miles last time. Best Value pulled up over fences last time but his earlier run over timber at Gowran puts him right in the picture.
