FARNBOROUGH hasn't come anywhere near expectations but a couple of narrow defeats on heavy going before finding trouble in-running at the Curragh suggests he can finally get off the mark. Machnamh didn't quite have the pace to trouble the principals over 7f at Gowran and should do better here while Emotivo was tried in Listed company at Navan but found 1m2f on heavy ground beyond her. Rival Queen hasn't run badly but may do better in handicaps. Saffronandblue's dam has produced winners with her first three offspring.
