Sharjah has been a brilliant servant to connections having won 15 races though he's had 20 runs since last successful. Most have resulted in places but his regular partner Andrew Slattery deserts him for DROMANA and it isn't difficult to see why as he was on board when John Oxx' filly was just run out of it by Cj Cregg over the course and distance last week. Lizard Point hasn't won over a trip this far but is generally consistent and would be a danger if the ground quickens up but Noble Intention is 1-35 and his only victory came on the all-weather. Ineffable would prefer softer going and would have to be considered in the going eases.
