Verdict

SLOWMOTION, a Grade 2 winning hurdler, started even money favourite on her chasing debut at Wexford but fell at the first. She's since made amends and landed a Listed contest in good style last time so this should prove within her capabilities. Daisy's Gift won that Wexford contest but has fallen in two of her three starts over fences subsequently and these obstacles can be tricky. Goulane Davina is a consistent if moderate performer over hurdles but she's definitely improved over fences since being beaten 14l by the selection at Naas in January and looked well suited by testing ground at Clonmel last time. Not For Burning has been highly tried since landing a Fairyhouse handicap in December and should give a good account.
