Verdict

This looks a very good opportunity for GEVREY to get off the mark. Gordon Elliott's charge has been narrowly beaten at Listowel and Galway on soft ground and today's conditions should be even more suitable. April's Moon made a promising bumper debut at Cork in July but was beaten a long way on a return visit earlier this month while Seanbhothar is taking time to get over his fall at Clonmel in January. Kings Keeper cost €80,000 and has a fine jumping pedigree so could provide the main threat.
