MUSALSAL hasn't the best of strike rates but regularly contests competitive, modest grade handicaps. His latest effort over a mile points to this drop in trip proving a wise move - providing Scott McCullagh can keep him in a close enough position from which to launch his usual late challenge. Trueba ran well in a 30-runner Curragh handicap this month and now has a first start now back with Johnny Murtagh, with the stable conditional taking off a valuable 10lb. Amazing One doesn't win very often but is consistent enough at this level and well worth a place on the shortlist.
