Verdict

JUMBO RIO has to concede weight all round here but normally takes on much better company and has been in decent form on the Flat recently. The drop in distance is a slight worry but Edward O'Grady's six-year-old should have the class to prevail. Gordon Elliott's pair, Jubilant Note and Salford City, are probably on the downgrade nowadays but Jessica Harrington's mare Takeyourcapoff seems to be coming back to her best, though is another who would probably prefer a bit further. Like The Da has won at Gowran and Down Royal this year but against lesser rivals than this.
