Willie Mullins has three engaged here with Paul Townend booked for the four-year-old HAUT EN COULEURS. A hurdling debut winner on heavy ground at Auteuil, he was then placed in the Triumph Hurdle at Cheltenham and a Grade 1 at Punchestown and his pedigree suggests chasing should be his game. Stable companion Mt Leinster, a very smart performer on the Flat and over hurdles, has been a bit disappointing so far over fences though hasn't been beaten far. The lightly-raced Gentleman De Mee should have come on markedly for his chasing bow behind Ferny Hollow at Punchestown, though he finished a long way behind third-placed Thedevilscoachman in that event and Noel Meade's charge, three-times a winner over timber last winter, looks a big threat with more to come.
