Verdict
Lady Gosford was due to take part in the 5.45 at Naas last night so the result should be monitored. Jim Bolger's filly Teoranta is by Teofilo out of an unraced mare from a top-class family and she should be noted in the betting though at this stage a more likely debut winner is BRECCBENNACH. John Oxx' colt cost 190,000gns as a yearling and, being by Oasis Dream out of a winner in France, he's expected to have enough pace to make a winning start as he's entered in both the Futurity and National Stakes. Alfonso De Sousa was sent to Newmarket for his second start and led for a long way over that 7f while Designs On Rome has run well in two strong maidens and can make further progress. Angela's Dream and Mrs Bean will need to step up a gear in this company.
