CARENZA won this last year and has bounced back to form having been caught right on the line by Teocht at Killarney. He looks to have every chance of completing a long range double in a tricky race. Korbous was also beaten by Teocht last time over this track and trip and looks certain to go well again though his big weight might just anchor him. California Rose has run very well on her two latest starts but could have done without going up 2lb for her defeat at Killarney so the lightly-raced filly Le Cheile, who has just failed to get up over 7f on her last two runs, looks more of a threat. Mezogiorno is getting close to losing her maiden tag and is certain to get a good ride from Conor Hoban.
