PALE MIMOSA is a very good staying prospect and beat a strong field to land last year's Saval Beg over the course and distance. She's only had three subsequent runs, all at a high level, and can get back to winning ways. Certerach is a very tough and consistent performer at this sort of trip and returned from a successful spell in Dubai to finish runner-up to Ernest Hemingway in a Group 3 at the Curragh last month. He'll ensure the selection doesn't have things her own way as will Eye Of The Storm, who had never been out of the first four before well beaten in the Hardwicke Stakes at Royal Ascot where the trip proved too short. Mutual Regard is improving with age and though suited by further his stamina will come into play with a fast gallop expected. Wexford Town is stepping up in class and trip but his trainer isn't noted for tilting at windmills.
