Kingdom has obvious claims stepping up in trip having ended last year with a victory over 7f at the Curragh. Despite a string of fancy entries to his name, he's making his seasonal debut in a handicap and could be worth taking on with MORNING WITH IVAN. The latter stayed on well to score over a mile at Gowran last week and Jim Bolger's filly looks sure to be suited by today's extra distance. The Shirocco filly, Alazeya, is another expected to improve over middle-distances this season while Roca Tumu is not out of this on his defeat of Morga at Navan in October. The remainder look to have a bit of catching up to do although Smoker should have improved for his recent outing at the Curragh.
