Kalanoura looked a likely future winner when runner-up at Dundalk but hasn't made the expected progress though this isn't the toughest of maidens. The Godolphin-owned Mater Matuta was returning from a long break when running well over this trip at Gowran so has to be respected but MORPHO BLUE is the form pick. Not beaten far behind Grecian Magna on her debut at Naas, she then failed by a short-head to concede Happen 7lb over this track and trip before reappearing with a decent effort at Cork. Time Tunnel was heavily supported for her debut at Gowran in May though never looked like winning but Affected has a very smart pedigree being a half-sister to a useful two-year-old and out of a Group 2 winner so she's one to note in the market.
