EAGLE CANYON is Johnny Murtagh's pick of three Ballydoyle colts and the hint should be taken. The eleventh foal of a mare who has already produced eight winners, he's entered in all the major juvenile contests this season and will know his job. The Montjeu colt Auguste Renoir also has some fancy entries though he may come into his own over further in time. Sixty Eight Guns should have come on for his debut over a mile at Naas though he's held by Blue Cannon on that run and the latter looks the pick of those with experience. Fred Fenster also made a reasonable start on the same track and is one to keep an eye on in the market.
