The two three-year-olds in the line-up, Kangaroo Valley and TROSSACHS are very progressive. The former had shown only modest form until making all for a comprehensive victory in a Tipperary maiden and he may have got in here lightly for his handicap debut. However, Jim Bolger's colt improves with every run and though 9lb higher for his victory at the Curragh he could hardly have won more easily and can defy the extra. Moktamel was over 8l behind in that latter event and a 6lb advantage is unlikely to enable him to reverse the form. Authorizo was bought for hurdling after scoring in France but hasn't run on ground with quick. Park Row is in the veteran stage but won off a higher mark at Dundalk in February while Tirmizi is well treated if anywhere near at his best.
