Verdict

Beat The Ballot is the only course and distance winner in the line-up but he's now 7lb higher and hasn't been in the best of form. Poetic Choice doesn't have the greatest of strike-rates despite being reasonably consistent but she's likely to make a bold bid to lead all. Jonny Levins runs two from the bottom of the handicap and it's about time DEEDS NOT WORDS (NAP) was living up to his name. Six times a winner for Mick Channon, he's yet to get off the mark for new connections but would have finished very much closer at the last meeting but for interference. Stable companion Total Demolition won a couple of minor handicaps on Polytrack in the UK and showed at Killarney last time that there are races to be won with her in Ireland.
