Verdict

TRAIN OF THOUGHT hasn't been since being pulled up at the Listowel festival last year. He has yet to win on the Flat but has plenty of ability and the Galway novice hurdle winner should be good enough here for Dermot Weld. He was more highly-rated over timber than Cullentry Royal too, who has no such fitness issues and looks the obvious danger after running a good second on his Flat debut when hunting up Digeanta at Leopardstown in a similar contest. Clearly in good heart, he's the one to take advantage of any fitness chinks in the selection's armour, Lady Of Glencoe, a winning hurdler for Dessie Hughes of a Punchestown maiden in May, looks next best.
