Verdict

Angel Time landed a claimer over course and distance last time by no less than 17 lengths with heavy ground given as the reason for the dramatic improvement. This is a tougher assignment though and she may struggle to back that run up, United Force disappointed last time and was subsequently gelded, but had shown considerable promise on his two previous starts and now sports cheekpieces for this turf debut with Ryan Moore obviously an eye-catching booking. Strategia and Frequent Flyer should come on for recent reappearance runs but HOUR BY HOUR is taken to defy topweight. His best efforts have come on the soft and he showed a really gutsy attitude on his first run of the season when going down narrowly at Pontefract. The extra furlong should not prove inconvenient.
