Beyond Borders is a consistent performer in this grade and is preferred to Looking Down and Imperative. The last mentioned is well treated judged by official BHB ratings but gave little sign for encouragement on his return and is probably best watched. Sheer Guts has actually won a race but that was over a year ago and he is likely to struggle under a penalty while Foxmeade Dancer has plenty to do at the weights on the balance of recent form. Of more interest may be Looking Down, who has slipped to a fair mark now but needs to improve. The vote though goes to Beyond Borders, who has been running well in similar contests of late and deserves to land a race of this nature.
