A little bit of a guessing game to close the card at Leicester, and Parson's Legacy is only a tentative choice to get the better of Albert House, Bid Spotter and Little Ed. The Irish-bred selection is a three-mile chaser in the making by all accounts and will no doubt be seen to better effect when he is upped in trip. However, the form of his Newbury success over hurdles is the best on offer for this afternoon's contest and he will be difficult to master if he turns up here in the same frame of mind. Parsons Legacy showed far too much determination for Fantastic Champion on that occasion and confirmed that he is a useful tool on his day. One caveat would be if there was a really heavy downpour, as he failed to act on the ground when pulled up at Towcester last time, but assuming the going does not deteriorate appreciably, Parsons Legacy should have enough in hand of this bunch of rivals to cope with his penalty today.
