A large field goes to post for this maiden but on closer inspection not many can be given a serious chance of winning and the principals look to be Sakabula Tryandstopme, and Orphina and the tentative vote is given to Sakabula. The selection finished in mid-division on his debut behind West of Amarillo. That sets the standard in the context of this race and with improvement likely he looks the one to be on. Tryandstopme rates the main danger on his best form but he was slightly disappointing last time out and has had plenty of chances and for that reason he is passed over on this occasion. Orphina is another that ran with credit on his debut and is sure to improve so he should be watched in the market. Almost Spinning is a Spinning World filly, half-sister to a couple of winners at up to 1m and hails from a yard that does well in this sphere so is another that should be monitored in the market. Of the remainder Barb is another well bred Docksider filly, half-sister to several winners but she is bred to do better over longer trips in time and for the winner we return to Sakabula.
