Kelbury, Master Sam and Pass It On are the three to look at here and Pass It On is taken to atone for an unlucky defeat last time. Kelbury has only had the one outing for Henry Daly, and although finishing only ninth in that bumper, the trainer felt he ran well. Daly reports that the horse has always shown ability at home and he should not be discounted on his hurdling bow although Daly only had 8 first time out winners last season at an 11% strike rate. Master Sam was clearly expected to go well on his bumper debut at Haydock, sent off joint favourite he finished a good third. Joseph Byrne failed to keep the partnership intact in a bumper at Bangor in his next outing and Tom Dreaper takes over. He clearly has ability but may be best watched on his first outing for nineteen months. Pass It On won at Carlisle first time out but not as easily as had been anticiapated. The runner up though has run well since so it may have been a good performance. He was still in with every chance when falling at the second last at Uttoxeter in the race won by Here¿s Johnny last time. Pass It On can resume winning ways here.
