Red Centre would not have been kept in training unless thought capable of winning a race but his long absence is a negative and this looks a particularly hot maiden for the track with several leading Newmarket stables represented. Wise Glory is probably the form pick on his second to a nice prospect at Newcastle, though the third failed to frank the form next time. KING FAIRY has a nice pedigree and lost a shoe when third at Newbury 12 days ago so that performance can be upgraded and he gets the nod ahead of a couple of very smartly-bred newcomers in Golden Pine and Haikal.
