Though stepping up a grade, it’s difficult to get away from FOX HILL (NAP) after his demolition job at Thirsk nine days ago – the third has franked the form since. Inexes, Final Frontier and Case Key are all previous course and distance winners but Sandridge Lad is probably due a rest. Requinto Dawn is on a long losing run and has a poor overall strike-rate so is likely to find at least one too good again while Cool Spirit completely lost his way after winning off a 3lb higher mark at Hamilton last year.
