      Verdict

JOLIEVITESSE is the odd one out having failed to win on his latest start. But that run was in better company than this and his breeding suggests he'll stay this longer trip so, with Ryan Moore taking over the reins, he gets a speculative vote. The progressive Dark Wave is the most recent winner having scored over 1m2f at Doncaster and that looks stronger form than Mercy Me's maiden win at Lingfield. Game Show and Wolf Albarari won all-weather maiden races over 1m2f last year with the former preferred having beaten a subsequent winner at Kempton.
