In depth

Verdict

Kelv, Willywont He and The General Lee look the three to concentrate on in a competitive finale and the vote is given to Willywont He. The selection was a fair third behind Alfadora last time out he looks sure to be suited by the drop in trip and with ground also in his favour he looks the one to be on. Kelv rates the main danger as he goes well fresh so the fact that he has had a 204 day break could be in his favour and he should be watched in the market. The General Lee won well last time out when beating Fox 'n' Goose but he looks vulnerable under his penalty over this much shorter trip. Of the remainder Welsh Main looks vulnerable under top weight while Meadow Hawk is from a shrewd in form yard but for the winner we return to Willywont He who looks well weighted on his best form.
