Newmarket maiden winner Golden Dagger is hard to evaluate first time in a nursery but Kevin Ryan's filly may be a shade high in the weights and preference is for Lady Lily, who gets the vote ahead of Frontline In Focus. The last mentioned may well have found the ground too testing at York last time and should be better suited by today's conditions. She makes more appeal than Richard Hannon's Top Royelle, who may want a softer surface. Mystery Ocean did everything asked of her when making a winning debut at Bath and could be anything, while Foxy Games looks to be going the right way but is likely to find this tougher than the maiden that she won at Bath last time. The vote though goes to Lady Lily, who won despite the soft ground at Catterick last time and, who on form with Eddie Jock at Brighton in June, looks to be very well treated here.
