Moving Light is a half-brother to five winners including the Dubai World Cup winner Prince Bishop. It would be no surprise to see the Godolphin colt make a winning debut but the experience of THIBAAN could be crucial. A son of War Front, he was no match for the subsequent Ribblesdale winner Frankly Darling at Newcastle last month but faces nothing of that one’s calibre today. La Dragontea finished fourth in the Lingfield Oaks Trial before a second at Kempton but Sir Michael Stoute trained the winner of that latter contest so should know where he stands with the selection.
