Goodwood Crusader took time to find form but has done so with a vengeance of late, rattling up a three-timer which has seen him rise 16lb in the handicap. However, all three victories have come under this talented young apprentice and it would be folly to rule him out of contention despite the handicapper's attention. However, he does face a couple of interesting and unexposed types in Moonwise and FIVETWOEIGHT, with slight preference for the latter. The Chapple-Hyam yard has only supplied a handful of runners to date this season but the son of Kyllachy impressed when landing a decent Kempton maiden in December, looking the sort to develop into a useful sprinting three-year-old. Moonwise only landed an ordinary Carlisle maiden but has room for considerable improvement and should give a good account on this handicap bow. Glorious Rocket could well improve on two uninspiring runs this term and is respected.
