In depth

Verdict

MISS MAI TAI has been well placed by James Fanshawe and aims to make it four in a row from a handicap mark that is just 6lb higher than from where she started her winning streak. Roger Varian has a surprisingly low strike-rate with his runners at Leicester this term but will hope Fox Master can turn things around in first-time cheekpieces while Torfrida certainly has the form to figure and remains largely unexposed. Caesars Pearl has already had seven starts this term and appears vulnerable to improvers.
