In depth

Verdict

Connections probably didn’t envisage seeing IMPRESSIVE ACT running in nurseries but the son of Dubawi very much sets the standard as far as this contest is concerned. Seven Questions carries a 6lb penalty for a success in a novice event at Ripon but the going was markedly different from that he’ll experience today. Oops has had five attempts to get off the mark and the bookmakers have been happy to take her on but Professor Tickle is David Loughnane’s sole juvenile winner of the campaign and has been gelded since finishing in mid-division at Lingfield. Action Plan is also worthy of a market check.
