Got Away has won two of three previous starts here, including this race 12 months ago off this mark. But she’s not fired this season and has recently undergone wind surgery. QUICK WAVE was well backed at Warwick in November but spoiled her chance by jumping right. That shouldn’t be a problem here and she gets another chance fitted with cheekpieces. Everlanes came good at Taunton, where Outofthisworld looked beaten when falling two out, and is likely to improve further but Dame du Soir is a pound higher than when a beaten favourite at Sedgefield.
Got Away (FR) 25-1 (11-2) Chased leaders on inside, weakened 11th, tailed off, 9th of 12, dist behind Espoir De Guye (10-11) at Ascot 2m 3f hcp (2) hvy in Dec.

Everlanes 10-3fav (10-11) Chased leaders, led 11th, clear when not fluent 3 out, left further clear next, kept on strongly, won at Taunton 2m 6f hcp (4) hvy in Jan beating Loveherandleaveher (11-12) by 5 1/2l, 8 ran.
