Verdict

Garsman made a winning debut for new connections last week but that was over the minimum trip on the Fibresand at Southwell and it remains to be seen if he’s as effective carrying a penalty under these different circumstances. Rebel Redemption bids for a hat-trick having won lower grade sprints but WINNETKA has placed in both outings at this level since joining Tony Carroll’s yard. Beaten only a nose at Kempton last time, he gets the vote to go one better. Taste The Nectar remains 8lb higher than when last successful but an apprentice’s allowance helps Gold Brocade. Kayat’s recent placed form has been over 5f.
