It will be surprising if this does not prove to be a strong betting heat so it does allow us to cover a small investment with Zayn Zen with a further play on Auvergne, who looks to have the beating of Missed A Beat if the form of their recent encounter is taken with a literal reading. Triple Two is another to closely monitor in the betting, as his stable have really hit form of late and he is expected to be a lot sharper after his reappearance run. Auvergne is far less exposed than many of the rest and looks a typically tough individual from the Mark Johnston team. Being by Green Desert, he should handle the conditions and he looks a worthy alternative to the selection if the market allows us a cover bet. However, there is surely more to come from Zayn Zen, who was badly hampered at a crucial stage at Nottingham when he was last seen out. Phillip Robinson is back in the plate this evening and he can be relied upon to make sure the main hope stays out of trouble to be given every chance of gaining compensation this time around.
