Verdict

This is a decent contest, despite the small field. Foxboro is only a pound higher than when successful at Fontwell in December and Jacamar is 2-2 here, including this race last year. He’s also only a pound higher so can’t be ignored. Whistleinthedark has won both chase starts but Jetoile is still a maiden over fences, though has gone close a couple of times. DOCTOR KEN clearly goes well fresh so an absence since November is not a problem and his form in novice events in the autumn is working out well. Olly Murphy’s charge looks the pick of the weights.
