Quick Fix is interesting but his stable's form remains a cause for concern so we'll take a chance with VAMIZI ahead of Grand Slam Hero. There are plenty in with chances and the likes of Ibberton and No Panic certainly merit consideration although Lucky Luk may prefer a stiffer track and may be best watched on his first run since returning from the Czech Republic. Quick Fix is an Irish point winner who begins his chase career on a realistic mark over a trip that should suit and it will be interesting to see if there's any confidence behind his chance. Paddy Brennan partnered Young Albert to a hardfought success at Exeter over two and a half miles but overlooks him in favour of Grand Slam Hero who he rode to finish second over course and distance from today's mark. He should go well again but it may pay to take a chance with Vamizi who looks interestingly handicapped on the pick of his form over hurdles. He was entitled to need the run on his chase bow on ground that may have been softer than ideal but he jumped well in the main and his efforts behind Bensalem and Award Winner suggest that he could be on a fair mark. The stable enjoyed plenty of success with his half-brother King Harald and Vamizi has the potential to make his mark as well.
