Pulled up in five of his last seven starts, BLOW BY BLOW is hardly a reliable proposition but it’s only a year since he was placing in Grade 2 and Grade 1 chases in Ireland and he’ll win this if retaining a fraction of that ability. Skeaping is consistent in this grade but has to give 12lb to the selection. Clearly Capable has only ever won at Newton Abbot and, along with Handsome Bob, faces a very stiff task at the weights.
