Just four runners for this conditions event and we will side with Philanthropy, Massive appears to be the main threat, with Oedipuss and Storm Path the two likely to fight out third spot. Mark Johnston's colt stepped up markedly on his debut run when comfortably beating the 81 rated Eglevski. With more improvement in the offing he should make it back to back victories. Massive lost his maiden tag at Ayr back in August before finding Tencendur a short head too good at the same track. That winner used to be trained by Mr Johnston and so he should in theory know how he stands with this one. Oedipus has shown very little in three runs and Storm Path needs to improve on his debut run, which brings us back to Philanthropy as the confident choice
